World Model APIs
This directory tracks world models with a verified, developer-accessible API — one you can build against programmatically, not just a browser demo or a waitlist. QuantWorlds checks each model against its provider's own documentation before including it here.
7 world models with verified API access, out of 23 tracked on QuantWorlds.
How we verify this
A model appears here only once QuantWorlds has confirmed a real API against the provider's own documentation, SDK, or dashboard — not because an API was announced as coming soon, a waitlist exists, or a browser demo is available. A model not listed here isn't necessarily without an API; it may simply not be independently confirmed yet, which we treat as unverified rather than unavailable. This list is updated as access changes.

LTX-2.5
Lightricks
Lightricks' 22-billion-parameter open-weights audio-video generation model, released August 11, 2026. Turns text, image, and video inputs into synchronized, high-fidelity video and audio in a single pass, including native multishot generation (connected scenes with consistent character/style across cuts). Positioned by Lightricks and press coverage as a "world model" for video, robotics and simulation, distinct from this catalogue's live-interactive world models (Marble, MIRA, PAN, WorldPlay) — see research notes for the classification nuance.

Lucy 2.5
Decart
Real-time world editing/transformation model for live immersive video experiences.
Marble 1.0 Draft
World Labs
Fast Marble variant for rapid exploration.
Marble 1.1
World Labs
World Labs world-generation model with improved quality at fixed generation cost.
Marble 1.1 Plus
World Labs
Advanced Marble model from World Labs for larger persistent 3D worlds.

Oasis 3
Decart
Interactive world model for physical AI with controllable multi-view simulation in real time.

Odyssey-2
Odyssey
General-purpose real-time world model generating interactive simulations from text or image prompts.

What is a world model API?
A world model API lets a developer call a model programmatically — send a prompt, image, or video and get generated video, a 3D scene, or simulated environment data back — instead of operating the provider's own consumer interface by hand. Exactly what that looks like varies a lot between providers: some APIs stream real-time interactive video, others generate a 3D scene you download and edit offline. They don't all behave the same way, and this directory doesn't assume they do.
Choosing a world model API
Beyond raw availability, the models above differ on real dimensions worth checking before you build: whether output is real-time or generated as a batch, whether it's interactive at all, what it accepts as input and returns as output, and what its licence actually permits for commercial use — see each model's own page for full details, or the licensing & commercial use directory for the licensing side specifically. QuantWorlds doesn't rank these as "best" — the right one depends entirely on what you're building.
API access is changing quickly
World-model access comes in several genuinely different forms that get talked about loosely as if they're the same thing: a documented, callable public API; a browser demo or playground you operate by hand with no programmatic access; open weights you download and self-host with no hosted API at all; and early or private-partner access that isn't public yet. A provider announcing one of these doesn't mean the others exist too — this is exactly why QuantWorlds checks each model individually rather than assuming API access from a demo or a headline.
