QuantWorlds

Privacy

QuantWorlds is in early beta. This page describes what actually happens today, plainly — not a formal legal policy.

Account data

If you create an account, your email and password are handled by Supabase Auth. We never see or store your password directly. Your public profile (username, display name, bio, avatar, links) is only what you choose to add.

Submissions

World details and any images/videos you submit are stored to be shown publicly on the site — that is their purpose.

Analytics

We log basic, privacy-conscious usage events — page views, World/Model/Provider views, searches, filter use, and clicks on things like “Enter World” or “Submit a World” — to understand what’s useful. This is entirely first-party: no third-party analytics service is involved, and no advertising or tracking cookie is ever set.

These events aren’t tied to your identity. A random id generated in your browser session (not a persistent cookie, not cross-site, cleared when you close the tab) is used only to avoid double-counting a view within that one visit, and carries no personal information.

Once per browser session, we also record which page you landed on, the domain (not the full URL) of the site that referred you if any, and any utm_* campaign parameters already present in the landing URL — this is how we understand where visitors come from. We never store your IP address, a device fingerprint, or any identifier that persists across sessions or across sites.

Third parties

Clicking “Explore World” takes you to the original creator’s platform, which has its own separate privacy practices.
